PizzaExpress Gift Cardsare 'open value' cards, which means you can load them with whatever value you choose - from £5 to £500. When spending the PizzaExpress Gift Card you do not need to spend the full value of the card in one transaction. You can choose to leave money on the card to be used at a later date – just ensure that all the monies on the card are spent before the expiry date. Likewise, if you spend more than the value on your card, no problem, you can use the value on your card as part payment and pay the remainder of your bill in the usual way.

Expiry Dates
PizzaExpress Gift Cards are valid for 18 months from the date of activation.

How To Buy
PizzaExpress Gift Cards can be purchased over the phone, via the internet or by email. For telephone orders call 0845 1302 715 - we are open from 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday. For internet orders CLICK HERE. Email orders should be sent to orders@pizzaexpressgifts.com

Credit and debit cards are accepted for phone and internet orders. BACS and CHAPS payments can also be accepted please telephone the PizzaExpress Gift Card team with your order and we’ll give you details of how to pay. If you would like to pay by cheque then please use the telephone ordering service. Cards paid for by cheque will not be released until funds are cleared.

Presentation & Greetings Cards
PizzaExpress Gift Cards are sent with a greeting card style carrier. Each card can be slotted into the presentation card and a personal message added by you if you wish. Please state when ordering the number of greeting cards you would like. Greeting cards are complimentary.

Delivery
PizzaExpress Gift Cards can be delivered to individual addresses with a charge to cover postage depending on value and quantity. All cards loaded with less than £100 will be delivered by first class post. All cards loaded with over £100 will be delivered by first class post but with no value loaded. Once confirmation of receipt of the card is received via email or telephone the card(s) will be loaded and activated.

For bulk orders of cards to one address, the cards can be sent pre-loaded (up to a total value of £2500) via Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivery charges apply). Alternatively they can be sent by first class post with no value loaded. Once confirmation of receipt of the card is received via email or telephone the card(s) will be loaded and activated.

Orders placed before 12 noon will be despatched that day (Monday to Friday) by first class post. Orders received after 12 noon will be posted the following day by first class post.

Keeping a Stock of PizzaExpress Gift Cards – just in case you need them
One of the advantages of gift cards is they can be stored with no value and activated whenever required. This gives the opportunity to offer gift cards on an ad-hoc basis. Simply keep a stock of cards in your drawer, when you want to add value call the Gift Card team on 0845 1302 715.
